villagefordparts.com advises that all orders must have a valid Home or Business address. Oversize items and Heavy Weight items, including but not limited to bumper components, body panels, engines, transmissions, require extra shipping charges; please email us for a quote before ordering. Please be specific as to what you want to have shipped and have the complete address to which it will be shipped. These items are necessary to give an accurate quote for shipping costs. If the actual shipping charges are more than what was calculated at checkout, you will be charged the additional shipping charges.

In stock orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00pm Eastern should ship the same day. In stock orders ship within 24 hours.

Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.

If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-4 business days to arrive to us and then will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-4 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive.

To avoid multiple shipping charges we will wait until the order is complete before we ship it, unless you specify otherwise.

Depending upon your location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days from the time they leave our warehouse to the time they knock at your door.

If you wish, your order may be shipped overnight for an additional cost.

Over-sized shipments will be an additional cost; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.

We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.

We are not responsible for weather delays, or in-transit delays or cancellations or other unforeseen problems.

Orders going to a P.O. Box will be sent via FedEx SmartPost. Please note that SmartPost is usually slightly slower than regular Ground, due to the hand-off from FedEx to the USPS.

Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.

In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on back-order or discontinued, we will contact you as quickly as possible.

We do not ship COD orders.

villagefordparts.com ships internationally. villagefordparts.com customers will be responsible for ALL fees in regards to shipping internationally along with ALL associated duty and import fees.
