Village Ford Parts will do our very best to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. In the extremely unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we may correct the issue, or discuss your return if necessary.
Here’s our rules for returns. (There’s always rules)
Please understand if your order did NOT include the VIN, there will be no returns or exchanges on ANY of the parts ordered.
Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of your order. Returns and refunds may only be processed for items purchased from VILLAGE FORD PARTS.com . A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return. We’re sorry but there will be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on orders over 30 days.
All cores must be returned in the original Ford packaging.
Returned parts must be able to be resold, in the original factory packaging, in new condition, undamaged and with all manufacturer labels intact. We cannot take back used parts, parts that have been installed, or parts that have been tried to be installed. We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria. All returned parts must be inspected prior to any credit being issued. A credit will be issued when we have received the part and verified that its condition is acceptable. If these requirements are NOT met, parts will be either scrapped or returned to you at your expense.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping.
villagefordparts.com makes every effort to ensure all items in a customer's order are delivered undamaged and in excellent condition. Please make sure to inspect your package upon delivery and notify us immediately about any missing, damaged, or incorrect items. If we are not notified of any problems with your package within 2 business days of delivery, then it is assumed your items arrived in good condition and villagefordparts.com is no longer liable for damaged, missing, or incorrect items. We are not responsible for any installation, installation damage or service costs. The parts and accessories listed in our catalog are new genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) items. As our parts are sourced from the manufacturer, strict return procedures are imposed upon us when processing returns.
Refunds will be issued to the priginal method of payment (Credit Card or Paypal account used at the time of purchase).
Core Return Policy
All returns or cores MUST be pre-approved by one of our customer service agents, who will issue an RMA #. All cores must be returned within 45 days and in the original parts package for credit to be issued. Core returns will be refunded once we receive the old part and inspect it.
Core returns MUST be returned in the original packaging, MUST BE FULLY emptied of ALL fluids, and cleaned appropriately for transport. (i.e. NO hazardous or flammable materials, or fluids can remain in or on the core part.)
We will not credit your account if there is ANY leakage at all from your core return.
All core returns will be hand inspected regardless of condition, and must pass this inspection in order for your account to be credited the full amount.
